Randy Papanek, Vice President
Randy is our Vice President and Senior Recruiter at Lindsay Group, Inc. He is a 14 year prior service, decorated U.S. Air Force Veteran and earned a degree in Applied Science along the way. Randy finished his military career as an Enlisted Accessions Recruiter where he excelled at placing high caliber candidates in a variety of technical career fields within the Air Force.
Randy continues to exceed expectations by providing clients only the highest quality candidates on a consistent basis. Randy is used to management positions, though prefers the “hands on” approach when fulfilling his recruiting requirements. His streamlined approach is based on building strong professional relationships with each and every candidate allowing him to ensure the proper fit with our client needs.
Carrie has over 20 years in full life cycle staffing solutions in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in providing employment solutions to renowned companies and orgaizations throughout the United States. Her role includes directing the organization's business development and client relationship management strategies, implementation and creation of the strategic offerings and the development of an integrated strategic marketing and delivery plan. Carries responsibilities include leadership and the vision of Lindsay Group’s mission, community relations, and strategic alliances for company expansion.

Carrie is the President and founder of Lindsay Group, Inc. She attended George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Carrie credits her success to her years of dedication to becoming an expert in her field and building her knowledge of how to provide consistent service excellence to both her candidates and customers. Carrie held management level positions in the staffing industry for the past 15 years. She has extensive formal sales training from various universities, consortiums, and educational seminars. She is an active participant and member of the Broward Alliance and the South Florida Technolgoy Alliance. Carrie is also active in supporting Supplier Diversity initiatives.

Sara is our Junior Recruiter-in-training and a full time Broward College student.
Sara implements and designs our Monthly Newsletter, formats resume's, updates career postings on professional and social networking sites as well as maintains our applicant and client database tracking system.
Linda is our Administrator and a valuable asset to the team. She ensures the back office runs smoothly and seamlessly. Among other things, Linda processes payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, drug testing, background checks, and quickbooks.
Chaz Reynolds, Account Manager
Chaz is an Account Manager and valued member of our business development division. Known for his short sleeve approach to market growth, Chaz prefers to be out in the field shaking hands with current and future clients. Chaz is a graduate of Syracuse University where he earned a BA in Political Science and is proud of his NY heritage.
